That one part of Homestuck when John dies and when I was reading it, I thought, How did Rose get on the roof? How did John get there???????? Where??????

I didn’t go back a page to retrace my step so for the longest time, I never knew why John was with Rose. A few months after I caught up, I realized that in Seer: Descend, you go behind the curtains to see John and walk through the castle with him OTL OTL OTL.

It isn’t very clear that you have to go UP after Jack disappears! It’s VERY UNCLEAR!!!! SO I BASICALLY DIDN’T UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE JOKES WHERE JOHN IS LIKE “DID U KNOW WE GET MARRIED!!!”

I bought Manga Studio the other day since it was 5 bux and I can say that I am very lost with the controls. Buh. Apparently I was on a sketch layer so it kept giving me this toned brush? I had no idea how to change it so I just kept drawing with it.

My art hasn’t been consistent for a very very long time. I’m always changing and trying new things, really just experimenting with different coloring styles. I guess this is okay and all and it gives me a better range of things but… it’s been bothering me a bit?

I mean really, I think the reason why I do this is because I’m never satisfied with my art so I’ll look at different artists and go, “Oh I want to be like them,” and end up trying their style. And then I end up unhappy because it isn’t good enough and then move onto another kind of style.

It’s just really frustrating how I can’t stick to just one thing and grow from there instead of just jumping from one end to the other! Maybe I’m making a big deal out of nothing! Maybe these different styles aren’t so different at all!
